Seen as an extension of the more known Poole Park, the new place is just the beginning of connecting the green spaces around the town centre.

Proposed development in a London Park for creation of natural habitats within urban setting

The only new park in Poole that started with a new concept of bringing back nature among the community. Built around a butterfly wing pattern for the benefit of the natural habitats, the park has 100% edible fruits trees and shrubs and lots of other flowering vegetation to support wildlife. Grass meadows and flower meadows are there to complete the circle of habitats for butterflies and wildlife.

For a long time a secluded space, Oakdale Park opened up for lots of opportunities: play, recreation, trees (lots of them) and a accessibility.

The only place in Poole created exclusively for inclusive play . Built to be fluid and sensory, the new playground brought was a success among disabled users.
